    This lifeline is available 24/7 and provides free, confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States. Online chat and text support are also available.

    Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership (MBHP)

    If you or a family member is experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis, the Emergency Services Program/Mobile Crisis Intervention (ESP/MCI) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Anyone may contact ESP/MCI for assistance Call toll-free, day or night, and enter your zip code. Have a pen or pencil and a piece of paper handy. Once you enter your zip code, you will get the phone number of the closest Emergency Services Program/Mobile Crisis Intervention that serves you.   • Disability Law Center

    The Disability Law Center (DLC) is the Protection and Advocacy agency for Massachusetts. DLC is a private, non-profit organization responsible for providing protection and advocacy for the rights of Massachusetts residents with disabilities. DLC receives federal, state and private funding but is not part of the state or federal government.

    Work Without Limits

    Work Without Limits is a statewide network of engaged employers and innovative, collaborative partners that aims to increase employment among individuals with disabilities.

  • Child at Risk Hotline (DCF 24-Hour Hotline)

    The hotline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with DCF Area offices fielding calls weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Judge Baker covering evenings and weekends. A 30-member staff is trained to assess the urgency of each call, elicit critical information, and provide a sympathetic ear. In situations where children are at imminent risk, an emergency response is initiated, with DCF field staff launching the investigations.

Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators

Founded in 1975, the Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators is comprised of female State Senators and State Representatives. It was established with a mission to enhance the economic status and equality of women and to encourage and support women in all levels of government.
